Casino777 ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Casino777 mobile application (the "Service") — a social casino slot game intended for adult entertainment only.

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected or processed when you use the Service, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

Casino777 is a Social Casino (18+) game. It uses virtual coins only. There is no real-money gambling, no cash prizes, and no withdrawals. In-game virtual currency has no monetary value.

The Service is designed to keep your gameplay on your device. We do not operate our own account system and do not ask you for your name, address, or payment card details. The categories below may be processed depending on your device settings, consent, and the third-party services integrated in the app.

Collected through Google AdMob when advertisements are shown.

In-App Purchase Data

Processed through Google Play Billing when you buy virtual coins or the "Remove Ads" option.

Payment information (such as your card or billing details) is handled directly by Google Play and is not received or stored by Casino777.

Device and Technical Information

Local App Data

Stored only on your device using Android SharedPreferences.

This local data stays on your device and is not automatically transmitted to us. It may be cleared by deleting the app data or uninstalling the app.

02 —Third-Party Services

The app integrates the following third-party services, which process information according to their own terms and privacy policies:

Google AdMob

Used to display interstitial advertisements. AdMob may process information such as advertising and device identifiers, device and application information, IP address and approximate location, and ad-interaction and diagnostic data to deliver, measure, and secure advertising.

Google Play Billing

Used to process in-app purchases of virtual coins and the "Remove Ads" option. Google Play Billing processes purchase and transaction information required to complete and validate purchases. The developer does not receive your full payment-card information.

The current build may use Google test advertising identifiers during development. When the app is published, the production AdMob service described above applies.

The third-party services used by the app are operated by global providers. As a result, information processed by those services may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, subject to the safeguards described in the respective providers' privacy policies.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to the retention practices of the third-party services used by the app and applicable legal requirements.

Locally stored progress and settings may remain on the device until they are deleted through the app, the app data is cleared, or the application is uninstalled.

07 —Children's Privacy

Casino777 is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has provided personal information through the app, please contact us at christopherprice6471@gmail.com. If we become aware that personal information from a user under 18 has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

This game simulates casino-style slots for entertainment only and does not offer real-money gambling.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Because much of the app's data stays on your device, you can clear it at any time by deleting the app data or uninstalling the app. For requests relating to information processed by the third-party services above, some controls may also be available through your device settings, your Google account, or Google Play settings. 09 —Advertising Choices

You can limit ad personalization and reset your advertising identifier through your device settings (for example, under Google settings for Ads on Android). Resetting or deleting your advertising ID limits the information available to advertising partners.

You can also remove interstitial advertisements entirely by purchasing the "Remove Ads" option in the in-app Coin Shop.

Where consent to personalized advertising is required by applicable law, that consent may be requested through the appropriate platform or device controls.

10 —Security

We rely on the security measures provided by the Android platform and by the integrated third-party services. While no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, we take reasonable steps to protect the limited information processed through the Service.

11 —Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
